Me, standing outside the Mercedes factory in Sindelfingen (near Stuttgart) with license plates in hand, ready to pickup my new car!
My new car parked in the Mercedes "Delivery Room". I could see it from the balcony above (the "waiting area") before they called my name.

A close up in the Delivery Room from the balcony above.
When they called my name, two Mercedes reps walked me to my car in the Delivery room. In the upper left corner you can see the balcony where I waited.
The Mercedes reps proceeded to thoroughly explain every button, feature, and customizable setting on the car. There were a lot. ;-)
Here they reviewed how to unfold and install the included windscreen.
I can't stop smiling... and I can't take my eyes off it... wonder why...
An official portrait, before I drive off into the sunset.
I debated between getting the manual in German or English, but ultimtely opted for English. It is more practical, considering the car is moving to the US this year and considering Peter will also need to refer to it in the future.
With my Owner's Manual and keys in hand, I am ready to drive!
There's an official "photo spot" at the customer pick-up center. Naturally, I couldn't drive past it without taking one.
